Use

 

- an activity that has recently or just stopped but that action continued a certain period of time. There is a connection with now (действие, которое длилось какой-то период времени и прекратилось только что или недавно):

You’re wet. Have you been running? /She’s been playing since she was ten. /He’s been watching TV all day long.

 

+ have/has been + Ving: I have been waiting all day. /He has been reading an hour.

 

- haven’t/hasn’t been+Ving: You haven’t been looking at. /She hasn’t been working.
